A lazy blogger, there once was...

A lazy blogger, there once was, 
it took her so long to remember,
Her school and sports were surrounding her,
her last post was from October.


Resolved, she sat down,
again and again, 
only to be distracted,
But finally, bored, she assumed her place,
and her posting was re-enacted.

Ok, yeah, that was a teensy-bit lame. The point of it is, I've been uber busy (yes, the generic excuses of school, sports, etc.) so I've been uncommitted to posting here. But now I'm posting,. Yup. This is me. Saying hi. Um...

I've been trying to get better at guitar. But strumming is still the hardest part; finding the right patterns.

School is going pretty well...

My second year doing Indoor Track and Field was this winter, and now it's over. Regionals were Tuesday, and I didn't do horribly although I didn't do the best. I've at least been PR-ing in hurdles at the other meets  which is good. (The regional meet was on a hard surface instead of the amazing indoor track surface we usually have, so my time was slower. A lot of people's times were.)

Random thoughts:

• Music~ I've noticed that the music that you listen to affects you. Some music can be pretty powerful stuff.
• Art~ is amazing. I'm finally taking an art class at school. I made a clay owl last class and it actually looked sorta like an owl. I felt accomplished, because the class before I had tried to make multiple things and they all failed. 

I may possibly post more art soon. I've been drawing on my binder separators again, it's just too fun to resist when you're bored in class when you've finished everything you need to do. 

Random poems like the one at the beginning of this are fun to write. Little nothings that amuse me when I'm bored. As long as I have something to base them on, that is; they can't be entirely random.

A friend wanted me to draw them a pic. And they didn't care what, so this is what I'm giving them ;) Took a couple hours I think? One of my favorites to draw so far though. Used only pen.

School doodles

 Hello! so I haven't posted new pics in quite a long time being busy with school and stuff. But since today's Saturday, and I don't have too much homework, I took the bother to upload these two pics.

These are two doodles with pens and pencils on the dividers in my school binder. I seem to draw trees a lot.. And clouds. I think the colored pencils in the second one don't really give it much depth though...

   I figure that since I have been neglecting, sadly, my blogging here I should probably post another sketch. The following sketch was done for a contest thing I am doing, but I'm not sure if I'll use it or not yet... Here it is:

 It is, of course, Mr. Darcy from Pride and Prejudice! (The actor is Colin Firth.) I think you have noticed by now that I like British shows. Like Doctor Who, Pride and Prejudice, and North and South. Yup.

Sorry for not posting in a while. I've been finishing a few of the requests I got. I might take a break from the requests, though, so I can do another family sketch for my project which I will hopefully keep up with. 
  I've actually started something called 750words.com which is where you just write 750 words a day. It is the equivalent of about 3 pages, and it can be anything you want. It's not a blog, or anything public; it's just something that you can write down whatever you are thinking, feeling, learning, etc. It helps to get the ideas flowing through your head every day. I'll try to keep up with that, and hopefully I'll be able to write better essays, and random stuff for English because of it. ;)


(btw, I thought the blog was a bit plain so I decided to do random colors :D)
